High-Protein Blueberry Cottage Cheese Crumble 🥣💙

Ingredients (makes about 6 servings):
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with fresh blueberries, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, stir together rolled oats, almond flour, and chopped nuts if using.
Step 4: Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly into the baking dish. Sprinkle the oat topping over the top and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and lightly crisp.

Tips for Success:
