Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower.
It features crispy, golden-brown florets seasoned with savory garlic and cheese, typically served with a creamy dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese.
Ingredients
Main: 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets.
Seasoning & Oil: 2–3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 3–4 cloves minced garlic), ½ teaspoon paprika, and salt and black pepper to taste.
Cheese: ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Garnish: Freshly chopped parsley.
Optional Coating: For extra crunch, you can add ½ cup panko breadcrumbs and dip florets in 2 beaten eggs before seasoning.
Instructions
Prep: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic (minced or powder), paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Add Crunch: Toss in the Parmesan cheese (and breadcrumbs if using) to coat the florets thoroughly.
Arrange: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding to ensure they get crispy rather than steaming.
Roast: Bake for 20–30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through, until they are tender and have deep golden-brown, crispy edges.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite creamy dip.
