Tender roasted cabbage cups filled with juicy Cajun shrimp, smoky sausage, and colorful peppers — bursting with bold Southern flavor in every bite. A low-carb, high-protein dish that’s hearty, vibrant, and unforgettable!

📝 Ingredients:
✦ 1 large green cabbage
✦ 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined
✦ 250g smoked sausage, sliced
✦ 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
✦ 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
✦ 1/4 cup diced onion
✦ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✦ 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
✦ 1/2 tsp paprika
✦ Salt and black pepper to taste
✦ 2 tbsp olive oil
✦ 1 tbsp butter
✦ 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cut cabbage into thick rounds and carefully hollow out centers to create cups. Brush lightly with olive oil and roast 15–20 minutes until slightly tender.

2️⃣- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣- In the same pan, sauté onion, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.

4️⃣- Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.

5️⃣- Return sausage to the skillet and toss everything together. Stir in butter for extra richness.

6️⃣- Spoon the shrimp and sausage mixture into roasted cabbage cups.

7️⃣- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
