📝 Ingredients:
✦ 300g cooked meatballs (homemade or store-bought)
✦ 200g egg noodles
✦ 200ml beef broth
✦ 150ml heavy cream
✦ 1 tbsp butter
✦ 1 tbsp flour
✦ 1/2 onion, finely chopped
✦ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
✦ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
✦ 1/2 tsp salt
✦ 1/2 tsp black pepper
✦ 80g shredded mozzarella or swiss cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

2️⃣- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

3️⃣- In a pan, melt butter and sauté onion until soft.

4️⃣- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in beef broth and cream.

5️⃣- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened.

6️⃣- Combine noodles, meatballs, and sauce, then transfer to the baking dish.

7️⃣- Sprinkle cheese on top.
