Ingredients
1.5 sticks softened butter
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute – Swerve
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute – we like MonkFruit
Cream together until fluffy about 2 minutes,
mix in
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, mix. Then add in
2 cups almond flour
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt, until combined
Then stir in
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Bake 325° for 15 to 20 minutes
Make sure you have your over racks set to the middle racks, 12 (2) inch balls on each parchment lined cookie sheet.
