INGREDIENTS
* 1(15 ounce) can pumpkin puree (note not pie filling)
* 1(12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
* 3 egg whites
* 1teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 2⁄3 cup Splenda granular
* Pam cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Spray 9″ pie plate with Pam.
4. Pour mixture into pie plate.
5. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to 325 F and continue baking for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
7. Slice into 8 pieces.
