2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Breadsticks 

Chewy, cheesy, and low-carb — these simple breadsticks come together in minutes using just cottage cheese and almond flour!
They’re high-protein, naturally gluten-free, and perfect as a snack, side dish, or dipping into marinara.
Ingredients (Makes 8–10 Breadsticks)
1 cup cottage cheese (240 g)
1 cup almond flour (100 g)
1 large egg
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1 — Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 — Blend the Wet Ingredients
Add cottage cheese and egg to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3 — Mix the Dough
In a bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Pour in the blended mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
Step 4 — Shape the Breadsticks
Transfer the dough to the baking sheet.
Shape into a rectangle about ½ inch (1.25 cm) thick.
Use a knife or spatula to lightly score into breadstick shapes (don’t fully cut yet).
Step 5 — Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and firm.
Step 6 — Slice & Serve
Let cool slightly, then cut into breadsticks.
Serve warm with marinara, garlic butter, or your favorite dip.
Tips for Success
For crispier edges, bake 3–4 minutes longer.
Add shredded mozzarella on top before baking for a cheesy crust.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
