2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Cheese Sticks 🧀
Crispy, Cheesy & Low-Carb
Ingredients (makes 8 cheese sticks):
1 cup cottage cheese (240 g)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)

Approx. 120 kcal | 10 g protein | 7 g fat | 2 g net carbs
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the cheeses
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and shredded mozzarella until well mixed.
Step 3: Shape the sticks
Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet and shape into stick-like strips, spacing them slightly apart.
Step 4: Bake until crispy
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the sticks are firm and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.

Tips for Success:
For extra crispiness, flip the sticks halfway through baking.
Let them cool for a few minutes after baking to help them firm up.
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
