Ingredients

  • Pepperoni slices

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 370°F.

  2. Place small piles of mozzarella on a lined baking sheet or air fryer tray.

  3. Top each pile with a pepperoni slice.

  4. Bake 8–10 minutes (air fryer 6–8 minutes) until cheese is bubbly and crisp.

  5. Cool slightly to firm up, then enjoy.

  • Add Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes

  • Swap pepperoni for turkey pepperoni

  • Dip in warm marinara
