  • 1 box angel food cake mix (just the dry mix)

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do NOT drain)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In large bowl, combine dry cake mix and crushed pineapple (with juice).
3️⃣ Stir until well blended and foamy.
4️⃣ Pour into 9×13-inch ungreased pan.
5️⃣ Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
6️⃣ Cool completely before slicing.

  • Batter will foam — this is normal and creates the airy texture.

  • Do not grease the pan or cake will collapse.
