My 6 weight watchers pt dinner!

Ingredients

  • Joseph’s Lavish Bread – 2 pts
  • Rao’s Pizza Sauce – 1 pt
  • Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella I rinsed it first – 1 cup = 3 pts
  • Mushrooms – 0 pts
  • Sliced Onion – 0 pts
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. I brushed the lavash bread with a little olive oil spray and sprinkled some seasoning on top and baked it for 5 mins at 350 degrees, then I added the sauce, cheese and toppings and baked it for another 7 mins

Recipe Notes

the Fat Free shredded mozzarella has a coating on it so it doesn’t melt very well. If you rinse it it takes the off and it melts nice!
