I love using leftover pre cut veggies and cheeses. Today was a simple egg, spinach, feta, and everything bagel seasoning total 1 pt! Other days I’ve done peppers, onions, broccoli, spinach, cheddar for 3 points .

Instructions

  1. An Air fryer frittata is a game changer for me. Super simple and no dishes.
  2. Spray air fryer liner with non stick cooking spray can’t believe it’s not butter.
  3. Crack 3 eggs.
  4. Add toppings.
  5. Air fry 350 degrees for 10-12 mins.
