Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, beaten well
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 16 ounces baby spinach, frozen and thawed, squeezee dry
- 2 cups crumbled Feta Cheese with oregano and sun dried tomatoes, with black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp minced onion
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat well
SECOND STEP:
Brush melted butter on the inside bottom and sides of a 9 inch square baking pan
Add flour, milk, baking powder, to the eggs and mix really well
THIRD STEP:
Stir in the spinach, onion and cheeses
Carefully spoon into the pan
FOURTH STEP:
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
Let set for 15 minutes on the stove top
Cut into squares and enjoy!
