Spinach Artichoke Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed and drained
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a greased baking sheet.
Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic over it.
Evenly distribute the chopped artichoke hearts and cooked spinach over the dough.
Dollop ricotta cheese across the pizza and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
