Peach Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced (about 150g)
  • 1 ripe mango, diced (about 200g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Peel and slice the peach and mango.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the peach, mango, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
