2–3 eggs
1/2 cup broccoli florets (lightly steamed or sautéed)
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
3–4 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp olive oil or butter
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Optional: a pinch of garlic powder or grated Parmesan
