
8 ounces rotini pasta
1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ranch, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
