1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup romaine or leaf lettuce, shredded
1 bell pepper, sliced and sautéed
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
3 large flour tortillas
For the Chipotle Sauce:
½ cup mayo
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Pinch of salt
