Tender, flaky salmon rubbed with garlic, turmeric, olive oil, and lemon, then baked to perfection. Rich in omega-3s and warming spices that help reduce inflammation naturally.

🧂 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1½ lbs (650 g) salmon fillet

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper (important for turmeric absorption)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon slices (optional, for baking)

  • Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish


🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Season the Salmon

  • Place salmon skin-side down on tray.

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, turmeric, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.

  • Rub mixture evenly over salmon.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Add lemon slices on top (optional).

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

4️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Remove from oven and rest 2 minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs.
