Christmas Salad – Full Recipe
Ingredients
Salad

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 cup red grapes, halved
-
1 cup green grapes, halved
-
1 cup strawberries, halved (optional but shown in image)

1 cup pomegranate seeds
-
1–2 oranges, peeled and segmented
-
1 cup diced apples
-
1 cup cubed cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella all work)

4 cups chopped lettuce or mixed greens
-
Fresh dill for garnish
Creamy Dressing
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
-
1 tbsp honey (or sugar)
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Pinch of salt
-
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions

Prep the fruit and vegetables:
Wash and chop the celery, grapes, strawberries, apples, and lettuce. Segment the oranges and cube the cheese.

Mix the salad:
In a large bowl, combine:

Grapes
-
Strawberries
-
Celery
-
Apples
-
Oranges
-
Cheese
-
Half of the pomegranate seeds
-
Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Mayonnaise
-
Sour cream/Greek yogurt

Honey
-
Lemon juice
-
Salt and pepper

Combine:
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat everything evenly.

Top and serve:
Sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds on top and garnish with fresh dill.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours………
