Instructions

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken tenders and marinate for 20–30 minutes (or up to 2 hours). -
Prepare the Coating
In one bowl, beat the egg.
In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. -
Coat the Chicken
Dip each tender into egg, then coat well with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently. -
Bake (Oven Method)
