Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Brush tortillas lightly with melted butter.

  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle generously over tortillas.

  4. Cut into triangles or strips.

  5. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.

  6. Bake 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.

  7. Cool slightly before serving (they crisp more as they cool).
