Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise (optional but still 0 points on most plans)

  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add chicken, celery, onion, and herbs.

  2. Mix Greek yogurt and mayo until smooth.

  3. Combine dressing with chicken mixture.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.

  5. Chill 10–15 minutes before serving.
