A crisp salad with raw broccoli and cauliflower tossed in a creamy, slightly sweet dressing with a satisfying crunch in every bite.


Ingredients (Serves 6)

Salad

  • 3 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets, finely chopped

  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced

Add-Ins (Optional)

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds or sliced almonds

  • ¼ cup crispy turkey bacon or bacon bits

Dressing

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Salt & black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, and onion.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well.

  4. Stir in optional add-ins if using.

  5. Chill 20–30 minutes before serving.

  • Make it lighter with all Greek yogurt

  • Add cheddar cheese for richness

  • For low-carb, skip sweetener
