Instructions
1. Make the Dough

Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Rest 5 minutes until foamy.

Add egg, yolk, melted butter, and salt.

Gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.

Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Cover and let rise 1–1½ hours, until doubled.
2. Prepare Filling

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.

3. Shape the Rolls

Roll dough into a 14×10-inch rectangle.
