Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or rings

  • 1 tsp olive oil or melted butter

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

  2. Toss pineapple with oil, cinnamon, and honey (if using).

  3. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

  4. Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until caramelized.

  5. Serve warm as is or over yogurt, ice cream, or grilled meats.


Tips

  • Add chili powder for sweet-heat

  • Use pineapple rings for burgers or tacos

  • Naturally gluten-free & dairy-free
