8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, cut into cubes

• 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend

• 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
• 1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions

Heat Base
In a medium saucepan or skillet over low heat, add cubed cream cheese. -
Add Rotel
Pour in Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. -
Stir Together
Stir constantly until cream cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce. -
Optional Boost
Stir in taco seasoning, cooked meat, and/or shredded cheese until melted. -
Finish
