2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat oven:
Preheat to 190°C (375°F) and spray baking dish. -
Prepare broccoli:
Steam broccoli 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain well. -
Make sauce:
In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. -
Assemble:
Add chicken and broccoli to dish. Pour yogurt sauce over and toss gently. Sprinkle cheeses evenly. -
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top. -
Serve:
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
