Ingredients (yields about 16 brownies):
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Add the cottage cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Fold in the dark chocolate chips, making sure they are evenly incorporated throughout the batter.
Step 4: Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
