Loaded Cottage Cheese Salad 

Ohhh this is SUCH a good high-protein, low-effort meal
Creamy, crunchy, salty, and fresh all in one bowl.
2 cups cottage cheese
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sweet peas (thawed if frozen)
2–3 green onions, thinly sliced
Optional add-ins (but highly recommended)
1–2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt (extra creamy)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
Ranch seasoning or a splash of lemon juice for extra zing
Prep your mix-ins
Cook and crumble the bacon, slice the green onions, and make sure peas are thawed and drained.
Start with the base
In a medium mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese.
Make it loaded
Stir in:
Bacon
Shredded cheddar
Peas
Green onions
Season it up
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Taste and adjust — a little ranch seasoning here is 
Chill (optional but better)
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors come together.
Eat it straight with a spoon
Scoop with crackers or pita chips
Stuff into a wrap or sandwich
Serve over greens for a protein-packed salad
