Banane ka Tariqa:

Base Taiyar Karein: Pise hue biscuits aur pighla hua makhann (butter) mila kar ek cake tin (springform pan) mein achi tarah daba kar jama dein. Isse 30 minute ke liye fridge mein rakh dein.

Cheese Mixture: Ek bade bowl mein cream cheese aur icing sugar ko itna phentein (beat karein) ke wo naram ho jaye. Phir ismein lemon juice, zest aur vanilla shamil karein.

Whip Cream: Alag bartan mein whipping cream ko itna phentein ke wo sakht (stiff peaks) ho jaye. Phir ise halke hath se cream cheese wale mixture mein fold kar dein.

Set Karein: Is mixture ko biscuit base ke upar phela dein. Isse kam az kam 6-8 ghante (ya puri raat) fridge mein set hone dein.

Sajawat: Serve karne se pehle upar whipped cream ke swirls banayein aur taaza berries aur pudine ke patto se sajayein.
