Dessert hack!!!
Mix 1 container of fat free Cool Whip with 1 box of sugar free vanilla pudding mix. Then fold in ½ cup crushed pineapple (canned in 100% juice, drained really well). Pop it in the freezer and OMG it tastes like pineapple whip ice cream — light, sweet, and tropical!
I sprinkled a little unsweetened coconut on top because ya gotta live a little
6 Tbsp = creamy, fruity, and totally guilt-free!
