Q&A
Q: Why are my sticks falling apart?
A: The mixture is too wet—squeeze zucchini well or add more flour/breadcrumbs.
Q: Can I bake instead of fry?
A: Yes! Bake at 400°F (200°C) for ~20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Q: Can I make them low-carb?
A: Use almond flour instead of regular flour.
Q: What cheese works best?
A: Mozzarella for stretch, cheddar for flavor—mixing both is ideal.
Q: Can I freeze them?
A: Yes—freeze after shaping or after cooking. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
