Slow Cooked Beef in Creamy Garlic Sauce 🥩🧄🥔🔥
Tender beef cooked low and slow in a rich creamy garlic sauce — pure comfort food!
🛒 Ingredients
1 kg beef roast (okserygg)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp thyme
Salt & black pepper
500 g potatoes (peeled & cut)
1 tbsp butter
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Sear Beef
Season beef with salt and pepper.
Sear in olive oil until browned.
2️⃣ Add Ingredients
Add onion, garlic, broth, thyme, and potatoes.
3️⃣ Slow Cook
Cover and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
4️⃣ Make Cream Sauce
Add cream and butter.
Simmer 10 minutes until thick and creamy.
5️⃣ Serve
Serve hot with potatoes and creamy garlic sauce.
