Mix together:
2T softened butter
1T heavy whipping cream
1 large egg
3T granular sweetener
2.5T cocoa powder
2.5T almond flour
Pinch of sea salt
Fill the cups of a greased mini muffin pan about halfway up (this made 12 for me). Mix together 1oz of softened cream cheese and 1T confectioners sweetener, and drop a little scoop on top of each cup with brownie batter.
Add a few chocolate chips now or wait til the after baking, or both! Bake for 8-9 minutes at 350.
