🧾 Ingredients (1 small loaf)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for softer texture)

1️⃣ Mix Dough

In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and mix into a sticky dough (no kneading needed).

3️⃣ Shape

Lightly flour your hands and shape into a small round loaf.

4️⃣ Second Rest
