Air Fryer Buffalo Cottage Cheese Cauliflower Bites – Spicy Game-Day MVP
I swapped traditional wing batter for a cottage cheese coating and my family swears these cauliflower bites are the best crunch they’ve ever tried.
Ingredients:
• 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cooking spray
Methods:
Preheat air fryer to 375 °F.
In a blender, puree cottage cheese, egg, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the cottage cheese batter, then roll in panko to coat.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
Cook 12–14 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
Serve hot with extra hot sauce or ranch on the side.
