Ingredients

1 can (15 oz / 400 g) chickpeas, drained & rinsed

1 teaspoon olive oil (optional for WW – can be skipped)

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Optional spices: cumin, chili powder, oregano
Instructions

Dry the chickpeas
Pat chickpeas completely dry with a kitchen towel (very important for crispiness). -
Season
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil (if using) and all spices until well coated. -
Air fry
Place chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. -
Crisp more if needed
For extra crunch, air fry an additional 3–5 minutes. -
Cool & serve
Let cool slightly — they crisp up more as they cool.
