🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 medium apple, peeled & finely grated

  • 2 cups rolled oats (or oat flour)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Optional add-ins: raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment or lightly grease.


2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, mash bananas, then stir in grated apple, eggs, and vanilla.


3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients

Mix in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.


4️⃣ Bake

Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden and set.


5️⃣ Cool & Slice

Cool 10 minutes, slice into squares, and serve.
