Crisp Topping

¾ cup rolled oats

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ tsp salt

½ cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish. -
Prepare Apples
Toss apples with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch.
Spread evenly in the baking dish. -
Make Topping
In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Cut in butter with fingers or a fork until crumbly. -
Assemble & Bake
Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
Bake 40–45 minutes until bubbly and golden. -
Cool & Serve
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
