🧂 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced

  • 1 cup red or green grapes, halved

  • ½ cup celery, thinly sliced

  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped (toasted if possible)

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Quick Dressing

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

  • 1½ tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Pinch salt


🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Fruit & Veg

  • Dice apples and immediately toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.

  • Add grapes, celery, pecans, and cranberries to a bowl.

2️⃣ Make the Dressing

  • Whisk yogurt (or mayo), honey, salt, and remaining lemon juice.

3️⃣ Toss & Serve
