2 cups cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)

2 ripe bananas, mashed

½ cup rolled oats (or oat flour)

Instructions

Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease 4 oven-safe bowls or a baking dish. -
Blend mixture
In a blender or bowl, mix cottage cheese, mashed bananas, eggs, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth. -
Fill bowls
Pour mixture evenly into prepared bowls. Add toppings if using. -
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden on top. -
Serve
Let cool 5 minutes and enjoy warm.
