This might be the easiest, most delicious way on the planet to get a quick 50g of protein in for breakfast – and a breakfast that is loaded with omega 3’s… 🫐🧠😋

This Instant Blueberry Chia Pudding is super nutritious. Chia seeds are packed with fiber and healthy fats, and they’re one of the richest plant-based sources of Omega-3s in the world. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for brain health, reducing inflammation, supporting heart health, and even giving your skin that natural glow! ✨

Most people don’t get nearly enough Omega-3s in their diet. When you pair chia seeds with protein-rich Greek yogurt, high-quality grass-fed whey, and antioxidant-packed blueberries, you’ve got a breakfast that’s as functional as it is delicious. Protein and fat are the most satiating macronutrients, so this combo will keep you feeling full, satisfied, and energized for hours.

Our instant chia pudding recipes have gone viral for a reason – they only take a few minutes to make, taste amazing, and use simple, everyday ingredients. No overnight soak required, no complicated prep… just blend, stir, and breakfast is served.

We hope you enjoy this blueberry flavor 🫐🍨 and be sure to checkout our other instant chia pudding flavors listed at the bottom of this recipe!

My Favorite Protein Powder

I’ve tried dozens of protein powders over the years, and Promix is the only one I use daily. It’s grass-fed, naturally flavored, and doesn’t have that weird chalky aftertaste or bloated feeling. Their Madagascar Vanilla Whey Protein Powder is so versatile – perfect in smoothies, oats, and of course, this chia pudding!

Swaps & Substitutions

  • Protein powder: Use any vanilla, berry, or even chocolate protein for a flavor twist.
  • Yogurt: Nonfat, low-fat, or whole-milk Greek yogurt all work. For dairy-free, try a thick plant-based yogurt.
  • Fruit: Swap blueberries for strawberries, raspberries, or mixed berries. Frozen fruit works too — just thaw before blending.
  • Toppings: Go classic with granola + honey, or try almond butter + cinnamon for a “blueberry muffin” vibe.
