👉Buffalo Chicken Pull-Apart Bread🥣🍽🍴🥢
✅Ingredients:
☑️1 round loaf of bread (sourdough or boule) 🍞
☑️2 cups cooked and shredded chicken 🍗
☑️1/2 cup buffalo sauce 🌶
☑️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
☑️1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
☑️2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 🧈
☑️1/4 cup chopped green onions 🧅
☑️Optional toppings: ranch dressing and fresh parsley 🌿
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Bread:
Using a sharp knife, cut the bread into a grid pattern without slicing all the way through. Leave the base intact to hold the loaf together.
3️⃣ Mix the Filling:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
4️⃣ Stuff the Bread:
Carefully stuff the chicken mixture into the cuts of the bread. Follow with the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, ensuring the cheese gets into the crevices.
5️⃣ Brush with Butter:
Brush the melted butter over the top of the bread, letting some seep into the cuts.
6️⃣ Bake:
Place the stuffed bread on the prepared baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden.
7️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
Drizzle with ranch dressing, sprinkle with green onions, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy pulling apart the cheesy, spicy bread!
