4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Olive oil spray

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Chicken Breasts:
Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board.
Make a horizontal cut along the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket without cutting all the way through.
Season Chicken:
Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Stuff Chicken:
Place a slice of fresh mozzarella inside each chicken breast pocket.
Add a couple of tomato slices and a few fresh basil leaves.
Close Chicken:
Carefully close the chicken breast around the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Spray with Olive Oil:
Lightly spray the stuffed chicken breasts with olive oil to help them crisp up in the air fryer.
Air Fry:
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
Once cooked, drizzle the stuffed chicken breasts with balsamic glaze.
Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired.
Serve the Caprese Stuffed Chicken Breast with your favorite sides and enjoy a delicious and healthy meal!
This recipe combines the classic Caprese flavors of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, creating a flavorful and satisfying dish. Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your chicken breasts and the specifications of your air fryer.
