🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 500 g (16–18 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Cooked ground beef or sausage
  • Spinach or mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven
    Set to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook tortellini
    • Boil according to package instructions
    • Drain and set aside

    • Heat olive oil in a pan

    • Add marinara and Italian seasoning
  4. Mix filling
    • In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan
  5. Assemble casserole
    • Spread a little sauce in the dish
    • Add tortellini
    • Spoon ricotta mixture over
    • Pour remaining sauce
    • Top with remaining mozzarella
  6. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
