- 500 g (16–18 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish. - Cook tortellini
- Boil according to package instructions
- Drain and set aside
- Make sauce base
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Sauté garlic briefly
- Add marinara and Italian seasoning
- Mix filling
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, and Parmesan
- Assemble casserole
- Spread a little sauce in the dish
- Add tortellini
- Spoon ricotta mixture over
- Pour remaining sauce
- Top with remaining mozzarella
- Bake
