Seafood Base
• 200 g shrimp (chopped small)
• 200 g crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper
Creamy Dip Mixture
• 200 g cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• ¼ cup grated parmesan
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• Optional: ½ tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning for extra flavor
Topping
• Extra mozzarella + cheddar
• Paprika or chili flakes

1. Melt butter in a pan.
2. Add garlic → cook 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimp → cook 1–2 minutes until just pink.
4. Season with paprika, salt & pepper.
5. Remove from heat and mix in crab meat.

In a bowl combine:
• cream cheese
• mayo
• sour cream
• mozzarella
• cheddar
• parmesan
• lemon juice
• parsley
• seasoning
Stir until smooth and creamy.

• Add the shrimp–crab mixture into the cheesy base.
• Mix gently but evenly.

1. Spread into a small baking dish.
2. Top with extra cheese and a sprinkle of paprika.
3. Bake at 190°C for 18–22 minutes until bubbly and golden.
