🧀🍅 Cheesy Tomato Cottage Bake – Mediterranean & Low-Carb!
Ingredients (serves 4):
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, feta, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
