Chicken Patties with Mozzarella
Ingredients:
1. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
2. 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 egg
6. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
7. 1 tablespoon olive oil
8. Salt and pepper, to taste
9. 1 cup marinara sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix chicken, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs.
3. Form into patties.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Serve with marinara sauce.
