Chicken Teriyaki Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz (225 g) egg noodles
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Begin by cooking the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well-coated and heated through.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are evenly mixed with the chicken and vegetables.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
